The DPO Centre to speak and exhibit at SOCRA

The DPO Centre is pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the 32nd annual SOCRA conference. Our CEO, Rob Masson, will provide an insightful talk, “Why privacy is the cornerstone of trial participant trust” which will take place from 11:40am to 12:25pm on Saturday 30th September. He will be discussing the most important issues North American sponsors need to consider when collecting personal data from EU & UK clinical trial participants. The presentation will cover the impact of the Clinical Trial Regulation, the introduction of the CTIS, t he need for oversight of your CRO and trial partners, EU & UK Representation requirements and the considerations for cross-border personal data transfers.

Located in old Montreal, this three-day conference will offer current information and tools, best practices, and training to assure that you’re up-to-date and compliant in your clinical research practice.

The event will run from the 29th September – 1st October 2023 from 7:30am-5:00pm EST.
