Rob Masson

As founder and Chief Revenue Officer of The DPO Centre, Rob drives innovation, transformation, and thought leadership in data protection and privacy. He plays a key role in delivering impactful solutions for some of the world’s leading companies and regularly shares his expertise through opinion pieces in respected publications like The European Business Review.
In 2023, Rob’s influential stance on data protection was acknowledged by Lord Bishop of Southwell in the House of Lords, who cited Rob’s concerns about the proposed DPDI Bill lowering data protection standards in the UK. Ben Seretny

Ben is Chief Operations Officer (COO) at The DPO Centre, and a Fellow of Information Privacy, recognised for his advanced data protection and privacy management expertise. Having served as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for organisations spanning the private, public, and not-for-profit arenas, he has a deep understanding of today’s data protection challenges.
As COO, Ben oversees the delivery and operations of The DPO Centre’s services, ensuring high-quality data protection support to clients worldwide. He is also a regular speaker and contributor to the wider privacy community, helping to shape conversations around the future of data protection and governance.

Chief Transformation Officer
Katrina is a highly qualified solicitor and Data Protection Officer with a unique blend of legal, technical, and scientific expertise. She brings a structured approach to business analysis, advising on change governance and operational resilience.
