The DPO Centre named among the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development

We’re pleased to announce that Great Place To Work™ has recognised The DPO Centre as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development 2026.  

This marks the second consecutive year The DPO Centre has been included on the list, reflecting our continued investment in learning and development opportunities for our remarkable #ONETEAM. 

Over the past year, we have introduced specialist development pathways and a dedicated DSAR Bootcamp designed to support Data Protection Support Officers (DPSOs) and Data Protection Managers (DPMs) as they progress towards Data Protection Officer (DPO) roles. The programmes combine technical knowledge with hands-on experience, helping individuals build the practical skills needed to support clients across a wide range of sectors and regulatory challenges. 

Alongside technical development, The DPO Centre continues to invest in leadership training, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration to support career progression across the business.
