The DPO Centre is proud to be named as a finalist in two categories at the prestigious ICA Compliance Awards Europe 2025: Compliance Consultancy Firm of the Year and Rising Star. These awards celebrate the outstanding achievements, collaboration, and innovation within regulatory compliance and financial crime prevention teams worldwide.

This shortlisting highlights The DPO Centre’s pioneering work led by Paul Collier, Data Protection Officer, alongside the wider team. Their work on Live Facial Recognition (LFR) technology in partnership with Reveal Media and in collaboration with Go! Southampton, Synergy Security, and individual licensed premises has redefined privacy-compliant AI solutions, setting a new benchmark for responsible innovation in the industry. Rising Star

The Rising Star nomination shines a spotlight on Pippa Scotcher, Data Protection Officer at The DPO Centre, for her exceptional contributions to the field. Pippa has consistently demonstrated her dedication to professional growth, spearheading diversity initiatives and developing innovative data protection solutions for global clients.

Judging panel 

The panel features a distinguished lineup of 60 experts from the compliance and financial crime prevention community, including Lisa Bennett, Legal Compliance Director at Mastercard, and Dane Pedro, Presiding Justice and Magistrate at the Ministry of Justice, UK.
