The DPO Centre named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces two years running

We are thrilled to announce that The DPO Centre has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for medium-sized businesses! 

Our team were presented with this prestigious award by Great Place To Work™ at a special ceremony on 12 March 2026, marking the second consecutive year we have achieved this accolade. The DPO Centre was first granted a GPTW certification in 2023 and has since been recognised among the Best Workplaces for Development, Best Workplaces for Women, and Best Workplaces for Consulting and Professional Services.  

Recognition follows a comprehensive, evidence-based evaluation of an organisation’s culture, leadership, employee experience, and workplace initiatives. This accolade reflects the strength of our #ONETEAM culture, celebrating the positive experiences and strong levels of trust expressed by our people in the latest survey.
